Fees and Policies

At Odyssey Wellness, we are dedicated to providing a thoughtful, high-quality space for your therapeutic journey. To ensure our team can offer the presence and care each client deserves, we work as following:

Rates

  • Senior Counselor: $200 / session

  • Doctoral Trainee Psychologist: $75-100 / session

    • As part of our commitment to accessible mental health care, we offer subsidized sessions conducted by a clinician in training. These sessions are overseen by an SRP Approved Supervisor.

Availability

We provide both in-person and online sessions from Tuesday through Saturday. We want to meet in the way that feels most comfortable and sustainable for you.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment at Odyssey Wellness, that time is reserved exclusively for you. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Notice Period: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will incur the full session fee.

  • Our Approach: We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses occur. We trust you to communicate with us when these situations arise, and we will always aim to respond with flexibility and understanding.
